Changes Are Comming To Vibez!!!

Hi Everyone!

Well as you’ve already seen, changes are slowly starting to happan to vibez. Last night, we launched our new website. How exciting is that hey? Now it’s not finished yet. A lot of things well be added like show details, charts, events happening, podcast area where you can relisten to broadcast shows and relive some of your favo moments, a video section where you can watch the full shows from our coffee comedy snippets during the breakfast show and a lot more. Fun times ahead!

As you already know, we’ve been adding some new shows over the past few weeks. Well, there’s more to come. Weekends will be dedicated to the ones that want to party hard with some of the more prominant dance shows around. We already have Defected, ABGT and Enhanced amungst some and a lot more are lined up. Sister Bliss (known from the group Faithless) will be on Vibez.live aswell. There’s also Don Diablo’s Hexagon Radio, Release Yourself with Roger Sanchez, Anjuna Deep, and many many more! We start off on Friday diving into the club with some funky house and go all the way up to Sunday morning, with some trance right in the middle. No more boring weekends for you!

Weekdays are all about adult contemporary. We already have the insanely popular Breakfast Show with John and Val and will soon be graced with another familiar South African voice. We can already tell you it’s a she. Yes, Val needs a female partner in crime and we found just the right one. We’re not telling who it is just yet but we do know she’s already working hard on putting her afternoon show together with all sorts of interesting things. Can’t wait!

On the technical site, things are changing too. Our team has been working effortlessly to set-up our own private hosting for the site, a dedicated streaming server and are now working with some very talented people in the broadcast industry on having a dedicated playout system. On August 16th, we will be the proud owners of PlayoutOne, a radio automation system that is changing the broadcast industry rapidly. Vibez.live will be played out remotely from a dedicated location, sounding consistant, loud and proud! With this system, we can also invite presenters/DJ’s from all over the world to have a show on our station. How does that sound? Not only can you be a listener, but you can help spread our wonderful vibe!
